After learning of BP's motion to transfer the cases to Houston, a reporter from The Wall Street Journal interviewed Shane Lucado of our firm. Mr. Lucado was quoted in two articles published by The Wall Street Journal, in which he indicated our firm would oppose BP’s efforts to transfer the cases to Houston.
